Who is coaching for?
My coaching is designed for athletes of all levels looking to improve their strength, speed, power, and overall performance. Whether you’re a footballer aiming to jump higher or an individual looking to build strength and confidence, I tailor programs to fit your needs.
Do you offer both in-person and online coaching?
Yes! I offer both in-person coaching (for those local to Ayrshire) and online coaching, which includes fully customised training programs, video feedback, and ongoing support.
What equipment do I need for online coaching?
It depends on your program. I can design workouts based on what you have access to, whether it's a fully equipped gym or just basic equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands.
How do I sign up for coaching?
The process is simple:
Firstly, Complete a short questionnaire to share your goals and experience.
I’ll then contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to discuss the best approach for you.
Then, we start training! You’ll receive your plan and full support.
is my training plan customised?
Each program is built around your sport, goals, training experience, and schedule. I assess your strengths, weaknesses, and needs to create a structured plan that ensures real progress.
How often will my program be updated?
Programs are adjusted based on your progress, feedback, and performance. I continually monitor and tweak your plan to ensure you’re making the best possible gains.
Do you provide nutritional guidance?
Yes! Nutrition plays a crucial role in performance. I provide general nutrition strategies to complement your training, ensuring you fuel properly for performance, recovery, and results.
What if I have an injury?
If you have an existing injury, I will adjust your training to ensure safe progress while working around any limitations.
Can I contact you with questions during my training?
Absolutely! Whether you’re training in-person or online, I provide ongoing support and feedback so you’re never left guessing.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
In-person coaching: Cancellations require 24-hour notice to reschedule.
Online coaching: Monthly coaching plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel before your next billing cycle.
Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, refunds are not provided unless required by law.
